Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of JainSansar (“the Platform”), operated by Kratux LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, having its registered office at 401, Kratux LLP, 8-3-833/47&58, Hyderabad-73, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You also must not attempt to breach security, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform, or use it to spam, defraud, or send bulk unsolicited messages. We use automated and manual safeguards (rate-limiting, IP controls, CAPTCHA) and may block access that violates these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and transmit that content solely to operate the Platform and provide the features you use, according to your visibility settings. You are responsible for your content and for the consequences of sharing it.

5. Reporting, moderation and takedown

You can report content you believe violates these Terms or the law using the report tools in the Platform. We review reports and may remove content, or disable access to it, at our discretion. We act on valid court orders and orders of an authorised government agency within the timelines required by law (including removing or disabling access to unlawful content within 36 hours of such an order, and within 24 hours for content in the nature of non-consensual intimate imagery). Where we remove your content or restrict your account, we will, where feasible, tell you and give you an opportunity to dispute the action.

6. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for security or legal reasons, or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Your Data. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As an intermediary, we do not originate or endorse user content and are not responsible for it. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any user-provided information (including family, Parivar, Sangh, or community data) is accurate, complete, or current. You access and rely on such information at your own risk and are responsible for independently verifying it before relying on it. Where any warranty cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Grievances

For complaints about content or your account, contact our Grievance Officer, Piyush Gandhi, at grievance@jainsansar.com or +91 86789 11177. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
